This quilt was inspired by the thought if I had to make a wish, which star or constellation would I choose and why. So I chose the constellation of Perseus, because according to Greek Mythology he was given a hat to make him invisible, a shield to act as a mirror to protect him from turning to stone as he captured the Head of Medusa and a pair of winged shoes so he could fly away from danger. Wouldn’t it be great if we were all so well protected from harms way?
